Communicator - .Net Developer – North East


The role

We are seeking to recruit a talented and experienced .NET Developer to contribute to the company’s continued success. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for the timely delivery of development projects and will be involved in all aspects of the development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design through to development, testing, implementation and documentation.


What we're looking for

You will be proactive, with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team. You will have a proven track record within a high-growth technology driven organisation and exceptional technical skills. You will have:

  • A degree in a relevant discipline
  • At least 5 years commercial software development experience (at least 2 years specifically in .NET web application development)
  • A thorough working knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, XML, SQL Server -Excellent ASP.NET user interface development skills, with experience of implementing design frameworks within user interface applications
  • Excellent relational database skills with experience of designing and implementing scalable database architectures
  • Preferably Microsoft qualified
  • Exposure to .NET 2.0 and SQL Server 2005 an advantage
  • A thorough knowledge of UML modelling techniques
  • Exceptional technical skills
  • A good understanding of Object Oriented programming methodologies.
