You will be responsible for managing and developing the internal graduate sales team, supporting them to fulfil their potential and achieve business objectives and sales targets. You will be responsible for the generation of leads and quality appointments for the Business Development Executives and achieving Direct Sales revenue targets. Working with the Head of Business Development and Marketing Departments you will identify lucrative markets and companies to prospect. Managing monthly team meetings, you will review activity, develop strategy and contribute to the development of the corporate sales plan and success of The Communicator Corporation.

For this role, you must be enthusiastic, structured and process driven, motivational and a great communicator. A key aspect of the role is to provide leadership for our talented Graduate Business Development Executives and developing the ‘Team Leaders’ management and motivational skills, within an innovative and fast paced environment. You will be a senior member of the business and should lead your team by example making your own decisions and displaying a proactive can do attitude in everything you do. You will have:
