Communicator - Client Support Executive - North East

Undergraduate Placement 2008


The role

We are seeking to recruit a talented Client Support Executive to undertake a 12 month placement and contribute to the success of the company. You will work with the Client Support Team, assuming responsibility for the delivery of exceptional support of the Communicator product. Duties will include the successful management of first line support telephone calls and emails, efficient resolution of client queries and generation of appropriate technical documentation when required. You will also take a pro-active approach in improving internal processes and undertake the delivery of appropriate user training for new team members as required.


What we're looking for

You will be proactive and confident with a strong professional image and a sound understanding of technology. You will have:

  • Undertaken at least 2 years of a degree in a relevant discipline
  • An enthusiastic attitude to customer support
  • Exceptional verbal and written skills
  • The ability to work unsupervised as well as within a team
  • Excellent problem solving skills
