We are seeking to recruit a talented Client Support Executive to undertake a 12 month placement and contribute to the success of the company. You will work with the Client Support Team, assuming responsibility for the delivery of exceptional support of the Communicator product. Duties will include the successful management of first line support telephone calls and emails, efficient resolution of client queries and generation of appropriate technical documentation when required. You will also take a pro-active approach in improving internal processes and undertake the delivery of appropriate user training for new team members as required.
